The Lead Crown, Shaun Abrahams has made an official withdrawal in three criminal cases.
Abrahams was prosecuting in a criminal case where the former Army Commander, Lieutenant General Tlali Kamoli was incarcerated for attempted murder and malicious damage of property for bombing three homes including the home of former first lady, Maesiah Thabane at Moshoeshoe II.
The latter was charged alongside Major Pitso Ramoepane, Captain Litekanyo Nyakane, Corporal Mohlalefi Seitlheko and Sergeant Heqoa Malefane.
The lead Crown was also prosecuting in a murder case of the former Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) Brigadier Maaparankoe Mahao. Kamoli is also accused alongside Sergeant Lekhooa Moepi, Corporal Marasi â€˜Moleli, Sergeant Motsamai Fako, Corporal MotÅ¡oane Machai, Corporal Mohlalefi Seitlheko and Corporal TÅ¡itso Ramoholi, Captain Haleo Makara and Captain Litekanyo Nyakane.
Abrahams was also prosecuting in a murder case of one Police Constable, Mokalekale Khetheng where four people have been locked up; Sub-Inspector Mothibeli Mofolo, Deputy Commanding Officer Thabo TÅ¡ukulu, Superintendent Mabitle Matona and Sub-Inspector Haleokoe Taasoane. The matter which was in its trial stages had four witnesses testifying before the court this year.
