BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERING

  1. The Land Administration Authority has allocated funds be used for the acquisition of supply and delivery of Seventeen (17) Laptops.
  2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
  4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from [08;00am to 05:00pm].
  5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before [12:00 Noon 27/02/2026). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at [27th /02/2026]
  6. There shall NOT be a pre – bid meeting as indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
  7. (a) Documents may be inspected at: Land Administration Authority
