…Amid 28 Corruption Charges
Five members of the Qiloane Council – Tanki Mokoma, Motjeku Petlane, Nteboheleng Matamane, Lekunutu Mosuoe, and Leketla Seqhee have been granted bail of M5,000 by the Magistrate’s Court.
They face 28 charges of corruption and are accused of accepting bribes in relation to land applications within the Qiloane area.
They have allegedly received M98 250 in bribes to date.
The bail conditions require them to attend all court proceedings and appear before court on 3 March 2026, where the date for the trial will be set.
