The prestigious event, held on April 27 at Lion’s Car Wash and Buvett in Sehlabeng sa Thauthe, crowned Ntlou as the queen of beauty, marking a significant milestone in her modeling journey.
Relebohile Makhobalo, the founder and organizer of the event, expressed his vision for Miss Elegant Grace to be a beacon of fairness and impartiality in the realm of beauty pageantry. Recognizing the prevalence of favoritism in the industry, Makhobalo aimed to create a platform where contestants would be judged solely on merit, devoid of any personal biases or affiliations. To achieve this, he assembled a panel of esteemed judges, including Bokang Moseme, Glodia Lephotho, and Itumeleng Chelele, renowned figures in the modeling industry.
In an exclusive interview with Newsday, Ntlou shared her exhilarating experience throughout the competition. Despite facing challenges balancing work, school, and rehearsals, Ntlou embraced the opportunity to showcase her talents and compete alongside other aspiring models. She highlighted the thrill of facing tough competition and the invaluable lessons learned from collaborating with diverse personalities.
Ntlou’s victory was celebrated alongside other deserving participants, including Tebello Monare, Mats’eliso Saboka, and Selloane Moloi, who secured top positions in the pageant. Each winner received prizes and accolades, serving as motivation for their future endeavors in the modeling industry.
