- The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) has allocated funds to be
used for Office Configuration at LNDC Development House, Block A Level 8. - The LNDC invites sealed bids from Category A Contractors registered with the
Ministry of Public Works for the provision of the above works. - Bidding & bidder eligibility shall be conducted in accordance with the Open National
Bidding procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2023 and the
Regulations made under the Act. - Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the
bidding document at the address given below at 9(c) from 2 July 2026 between
08:30am and 16:30pm. - The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language is
available free of charge in soft copy by emailing procurement@lndc.org.ls. A
hard copy may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of M500.00 directly into the LNDC bank account and submit proof of
payment at the finance office at LNDC Development House block A Level 6. - All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M30,000.00 from a locally
registered financial institution. - Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’
representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9(c) at 10:15 on 6th
August 2026 at LNDC Development House, Block A Level 1. - The planned Procurement schedule (Subject to changes) is as follows:
