
INVITATION TO TENDER
Lerotholi Polytechnic invites locally registered, eligible companies to submit bids for Supply and delivery of graduation regalia.
Bidding documents can be obtained from procurement office for a non-refundable fee of M500.00 at Lerotholi Polytechnic, Corner Moshoeshoe and Matlama Roads, Maseru. Completed tender documents in sealed envelopes bearing no identification of the tenderer, clearly marked “Tender No. LP/SOCE/01/2023 For Supply and Delivery of graduation regalia†must be deposited in the Tender Box situated in Administration II Foyer, on or before Tuesday 13th June 2023 at 12:30p.m. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Administration I Block Conference room, in the presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Compulsory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 30th May 2023 at 9:00am. Attendants are required to assemble in front of SOCE (White House) for registration before the above-stipulated time. Additional requirements and instructions are as specified in the tender document.
All bidders must attach copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates and trader’s licenses.
