Consultancy Services for Design of Liberation Clothing
Factory Extension

  1. The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) has allocated funds to be
    used for Consultancy Services for Design of Liberation Clothing Factory Extension,
    Tikoe Industrial Area, Maseru
  2. The LNDC invites sealed bids from eligible local Individual Consultants for provision
    of the above said services.
  3. Bidding & bidder eligibility shall be conducted in accordance with the Open National
    Bidding procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2023 and the
    Regulations made under the Act.
  4. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the
    bidding document at the address given below at 7(f) from 14th August 2026 between
    08:30am and 16:30pm.
  5. The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language is
    available free of charge in soft copy by emailing procurement@lndc.org.ls
  6. Late bids shall be rejected.
