NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL AND INTENTION TO RE-ADVERTISE
Tender Title: Provision of Catering Services for Eight Hospitals
Tender Reference Number: GoL/MOH/004/2026/27
The Ministry of Health hereby informs all prospective bidders and the general public that the above-mentioned tender notice is withdrawn with immediate effect.
Accordingly:
- the current tender timetable is discontinued;
- all site visits previously scheduled from 20 to 24 August 2026 are cancelled;
- prospective bidders should not submit bids under the withdrawn notice; and
- bidding documents already issued under the current notice shall no longer be used for submission purposes.
The tender will be re-advertised following completion and approval of the revised bidding document. The new advertisement will provide the official tender reference number, issue date, site-visit schedule, submission deadline and all applicable bidding requirements.
All prospective bidders, including those who obtained the current bidding document, are advised to look out for the re-advertisement through the Ministry’s official communication channels and newspapers of wide national circulation.
