Subject: Provision of Accommodation and Conference Facilities to NDSO
The National Drug Service Organization (NDSO), a Trading Account for the Ministry of Health in Lesotho, invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Provision of Accommodation and Conference Services for the NDSO Customer Meeting and Gala Dinner, to be held from 19 to 23 October 2026.
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Tendering procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2023.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain the Bidding Documents from the NDSO website at www.ndso.org.ls.
Bid Closing Date & Time: 14:00 hours, 13 August 2026
Bid Opening: 14:30 hours, 13 August 2026, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend
Note: There shall not be a pre-bid meeting/site visit. Late bids shall be rejected.
