PROJECT NAME: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEAT
Bids are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply and delivery of meat to Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital for the Financial Year 2024/2025 and 2025/2026. Bid documents are obtainable from Procurement Department of the Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital, Botsabelo , Maseru, Lesotho from 31st October 2024 to 29th November 2024 at a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00(Two Thousand Maloti).
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
All prospective bidders must attach to their bids the following documents:
- FORM 2A certified at source;
- Valid Trader’s licence ( strictly butchery or processing and preserving of meat)
- Valid Tax Clearance certified at source;
- Refundable bid security of 1% of the bid price; and
- Power of Attorney for the authorized signatory.
Sealed bids, clearly marked “Supply and Delivery of Meat” bearing no identification of the bidder should be deposited at the tender box situated at the Main Reception, Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital on or before 29th November 2024 at 14:00hrs.
