Invitation to Bidders

BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERING

01st July 2026

Supply, Installation, Commissioning of Medical Liquid Oxygen Storage and Distribution System – QMMH/ITT 1 of 2026/2027

1.  The Ministry of Health has allocated/received funds to QMMH to be used for the Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Medical Oxygen Storage and Distribution System.

2.  The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3.  Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the openInternationalbidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.

4.  Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9 a.m to 4 p.mof working days.

5.  The Bidding document in English may be obtained by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b).

6.  Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 02nd September 2026, 2:00 p.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Fifty Thousand Maloti (M50,000.00). Bid securities must be valid until 30th December 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at02nd September 2026, 2:15 p.m.

7. There shall be a mandatory pre – bid meeting/ site inspection visit on the 15th, July 2026 at 09:00 a.m at Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital. Attendance is mandatory for all prospective bidders

8. The documentation required to provide evidence of eligibility shall be: –

     (a)   Valid Trader’s License

     (b)   Valid Tax Clearance

     (c)   Audited Financial Statements for the period of 3 years to the current financial year

     (d)  a declaration in the Bid Submission Sheet of nationality of the Bidder.

     (e)   a declaration in the Bid Submission Sheet that the Bidder is not under debarment by the

            authority

     (f)    Company Extract and Certificate of incorporation
