Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant qualification
Experience:
- 5 years in the Insurance industry at a Senior Management Level
Competencies:
- Understand insurance products, markets and regulations
- Ability to identify and capitalise on market trends
- Long-term vision for sustainable growth
- Strong grasp of underwriting, actuarial principles and pricing strategies
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build, lead and inspire high performing teams
- Ability to manage relationships with regulators and clients
- Ability to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
