SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STORES CONSUMABLES TO QUEEN MAMOHATO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
- Bids are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply and delivery of meat to Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital for the Financial Year 2024/2025.
- Bid documents are obtainable from Procurement Department of the Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital, Botsabelo , Maseru, Lesotho from 31st October 2024 to 10th December 2024 at a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00(Two Thousand Maloti). More details on the items required are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) referred to under 5 below.
- The technical proposal shall clearly demonstrate your understanding of the expected outputs, your proposed approach to the services involved, necessary equipment, your comments on the Scope of Work, your relevant experience, and you will also be expected to provide detailed and up-to-date curricula vitae for the proposed key personnel for carrying out the assignment.
- A Service Provider will be selected in accordance with the current Government of Lesotho Public Procurement Act 2023. A firm will be selected under based on the following criteria

- The submissions should be clearly marked: “Supply and delivery of Stores consumables”. It is the service provider’s responsibility to ensure that their proposals are received on or before the closing date whether posted or hand-delivered.
- Interested bidders may submit as associations, partnerships or joint ventures provided they submit a letter of intent signed by all parties with a clear indication of the representative of such association, partnership or joint venture.
