BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN COMPETITIVE TENDERING

Supply and Installation of Standard High Light Mast – NA002/26/27
1. The National Assembly has been allocated/received funds by the Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of Standard High Light Mast.
2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 09:00am to 4:00pm.
5. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL500.00. The method of payment will be cash.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:00am local time on 20th August 2026.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of LSL10 000.00. Bid security must be valid until 20th December 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at10:30am Local time on 20th August 2026
7. There shall be a pre – bid meeting/ site visit at National Assembly on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
