ADVERTISEMENT FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) TO REGISTER ON THE SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR COMMONLY USED GOODS, WORKS AND SERVICES

The Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) invites interested, reputable and qualified suppliers, service providers and contractors to submit profiles for registration on its Supplier Database for commonly used goods, works and services.

The database will be used for sourcing quotations and procurement opportunities in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2023 and relevant procurement regulations.

Interested suppliers may apply for registration under one or more of the following categories:

Any Other Relevant Goods, Works or Services

The DCEO reserves the right to consider profiles for additional categories of goods, works or services not expressly listed in this advertisement where suppliers demonstrate relevance to the operations of the institution.

Interested applicants should submit the following documents:

• Company profile;

• Certified copy of certificate of incorporation/company registration;

• Valid trader’s license;

• Valid tax clearance certificate;

• IBR number

• References for similar work undertaken (Agency, Date, Cost, Contact person and phone numbers); and

• Any other relevant supporting documentation.

Suppliers already registered with the DCEO are encouraged to re-apply to update their records.

Completed applications and supporting documents must be submitted via email to: procurement@dceo.org.ls with the following subject:

“APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION ON THE SUPPLIER DATABASE” on or before 5th June 2026 at 12:00 noon. Late submissions will not be accepted for the purpose of this exercise.
