PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SECURITY SERVICE PROVIDERS
FOR THE PROVISION OF AD-HOC SECURITY SERVICES
- Background and Objective: The Lesotho National Development Corporation
(LNDC) intends to prequalify competent security service providers for the provision
of reliable and responsive security services on an ad-hoc, on-call basis at its properties
and designated locations in Lesotho. Interested providers must demonstrate
professional competence, integrity, qualified personnel, adequate resources, regulatory
compliance, and the capacity to deliver quality services. - Bidding and bidder eligibility shall be conducted in accordance with the Lesotho
Public Procurement Act, 2023, and its Regulations. - The Properties: The LNDC intends to enter into an Open Framework Agreement
for the provision of security services on an ad-hoc basis across selected LNDC properties
in Lesotho. Interested locally registered security service providers may express
interest in providing services at one or more of the properties, as detailed in
the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. - The planned Procurement schedule (subject to changes) is as follows:
