- The Principal Secretary, through Ministry of Education and Training (Early Childhood Care and Development) ECCD, hereby invites interested and qualified service providers to prove service to distribute materials for reception classes in Berea, Maseru, Qacha’s nek, Thaba Tseka and Mokhotlong in the Months of September and October 2026.
Interested and qualified serve providers are to present their vehicles that meet the required specifications for inspection and the inspection will be conducted as follows:

Venue : Ministry of Education and Training (Education Facilities Unit) EFU
NB : Please bring mandatory vehicle and business documents along

All prospective service providers must ensure that vehicles presented for inspection comply with the following requirements:
- Valid A/B permit
- Valid Vehicle Insurance Certificate
- Jack, wheels – spanner and 2 triangles
- Certificate of Registration/Blue Card
- Copy of valid ID/Driver’s Licence/Passport
- Canopy /Canvas (Not tonneau cover)
