Smallholder Agriculture Development (SADP) project management unit (PMU) under the Ministry Agriculture and Food Security (MAFSN) is the main implementing agency. Component 3 is the supporting component which cuts across all the components.
It is responsible for: implementation and coordination, financial management and procurement, communication, visibility and awareness programs, environmental management and safeguards, and monitoring and evaluation. This component is responsible for the design, implementation, analysis and reporting of the baseline and project completion surveys.
