1.2        The Roads Directorate invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders in and outside Lesotho for “Supply and Delivery of LAPTOPS AND DESKTOPS to Roads Directorateâ€
1.3Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bid documents at the following address and office during normal working hours (08:00AM and 16:30PM);

1.4Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A complete set of Bid Documents may be obtained by interested Bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Maloti Only (M2000.00) in a cash to Roads Directorate, Nedbank Lesotho, Operating Revenue, and Account No: 021000067633.
1.5Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â All suppliers to the Lesotho Government are expected to be in compliance with their tax obligations. They should therefore attach copies of valid Tax Clearance Certificates, Copies of Traders License/Registration Certificate, all certified at source. A proven track of similar nature of supply of Computer, Accessories and Laptops, letter of reference and Authorization letter from Manufacturers
1.6Â Â Â Â Â Â Â There will be a Compulsory Pre-tender Meeting to be held at Roads Directorate headquarters, Ground Floor Boardroom on Wednesday, August 22, Tuesday, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
1.7Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Lesotho Maloti and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the Bid.
Bidding Documents must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Five Thousand Maloti (M5000.00) in the form of a Banker’s Cheque addressed to “Roads Directorate†which must be attached.

 Completed Bid documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes bearing no identification of the Bidder and marked as follows; “Supply and Delivery of Laptops, Desktops(CPU) to Roads Directorate†must be deposited in the Bid Box at Roads Directorate, Ground Floor near the Procurement Section, Corner Senate and Lepoqo Streets, Industrial Area and addressed to Roads Directorate at the above address, to be received on or before 12:00 Noon, Thursday, 7th September, 2023 Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30hrs by the Roads Directorate’s Tender  Â
 Panel, in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who  choose to attend.
