Business consultant, Paseka Ramokoatsi, is fast building a name for himself in the world of entrepreneurship.

Through his company, PDollar Entrepreneurship Center of Excellence, Ramokoatsi has been training businesses and individuals on how they can improve their business operations.

Last Sunday the company held another training for a group of businesses found within Maseru city. The business training is available for a fee.

The company, whose main objective is to support job creation through enterprise development, entrepreneurship, and management consulting, has trained retiring soldiers and miners in a bid to curb unemployment by generating some income.

Among the entrepreneurs who received business training last week were supermarket operators and owners of beauty salons.

In an interview with Newsday this week, Ramokoatsi whose nickname is PDollar, said the training introduced the participants to the tools they can use to improve customer satisfaction in their businesses.

It also delved into convenience factors like an accessible business place and other human factors such as behavior and competence.

“The training also touched on the tools that enhance and enable the measure of customer satisfaction,” Ramokoatsi said.

“We also dealt with the causes of poor service measures where we looked into the issue of skillful labour and hiccups of the system in a business, for instance, is the system ok, or what are the skills of the staff and a possible action plan,” he explained.

He said being a business consultant is a journey he started many years ago, having started conducting trainings from 2009 through his company.

He has conducted trainings to international entities such as the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Women in Business in Namibia in 2010.

He was accredited the 2012 Expect Trainer in Women Entrepreneurship Development by the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

Ramokoatsi has also won the Business Advisor of the year from the 2022 Award for African Ecosystem Builder.

Ramokoatsi studied for a Bachelor Commerce Accounting degree at the National University of Lesotho where he gained professional skills into the financial sector.
