Lineo Mahlomola

DJ Allegro has released a new song he produced with Da Lee and Slayah on the vocals.

The track, which is titled ‘Melumo’, is meant to be a motivation for the new generation to keep believing in God regardless of their life situations.

The afrotech production talks about prayer as a generational tradition, which must be continued in bad and good times for the youth to make it life.

Despite carrying a gospel message, the track is on a groovy afrohouse tip, and vocalist, Slayah delivers vocals in Sesotho language.

Production of the song began in 2022, DJ Allegro said.

“This was my first interaction and production with both Da Lee and Slayah,” he said.

“With the level of skill I experienced working with them, I will definitely continue to work on other future projects with them.”

The new song comes after the release of ‘Ba Kae’ single, which was released last year. DJ Allegro intends to release at least four more songs in the near future.

The single is available on digital platforms for people to listen and share it.

DJ Allegro, whose real name is Nthethe Sekoli, is former member of the now disbanded house group, Zagro DJs comprising him, DJ Skizo and DJ Khebza.
