SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF PRINTING MACHINE

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified-registered suppliers for the Supply     and Commissioning of Printing Machine for the fiscal year 2024/2025.

Tender documents are obtainable from Government Printing at Industrial area near Maseru Bridge on payment of a non-refundable fee of M3,000.00 from 20th June 2024 to 1st August 2024.

Tenders in duplicate (original and four copies) should reach the Procurement Unit Ministry of Justice, Law and Parliamentary Affairs(Government Printing) P.O. Box 268 Maseru 100 Lesotho, Industrial Area near Maseru Bridge.

The closing date of this tender is 1st August 2024at 10:00am and tenders will be publicly opened on the 1st August 2024at 10:30am. Tenders in sealed envelopes should be marked ‘SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF PRINTING MACHINE TENDER NO. 2 OF 2024/2025 – GP’

PRICES should include all relevant and essential unavoidable costs, e.g., transport costs, inflationary factors, insurance, unforeseen circumstances that might arise during the term of the tender and should be VAT INCLUSIVE.

Bidders who do not comply with the Tender conditions will be disqualified:

  • Valid Trading License or Business identity card
  • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Certificate (where applicable)
  • Certificate of incorporation and company extract detailing operations, ownership (share allocation) and identification documents of owners (Sole proprietors are welcome to use documentation that certifies them)
  • Three month’s bank statement for a period not exceeding six months before the issue of the tender
  • A bid security in a form of Bank Guaranteed valid 90 [ninety] days after bid opening (2% of the total tender price)
  • Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering to be completed, stamped and/or signed by one of the Directors
  • Statement of commitment to be completed, stamped and/or signed by one of the Directors
  • Manufacturer’s warranties
  • Supplier warranties

Non-compliance to the requirements will result in disqualification of a tender

The Ministry of Justice and Law does not necessarily accept the lowest bid of any tender.
