BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING
3 August 2026
Tender For Supply and Delivery of Metrology Equipment – MTIBD/26-27/01
1. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Business Development has been allocated/received funds from Government of Lesotho to be used for the acquisition of Metrology Equipment.
2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above Goods.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all national bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
5. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M1000.00. The method of payment will be cash.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:00 am on the 7 September 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M20, 000.00. Bid securities must be valid until 7 December 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at10.00 am on the 7 September 2026
7. There shall not be a pre – bid meeting.
