PRIVATE VEHICLES SHORT TERM HIRE FOR BOS- PHASE II OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY CENSUS.
- Introduction
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP), through the Bureau of Statistics (BOS); will be conducting an Economic Activity Census (EAC) phase II. EAC is the full measurement of the state of the economy, which aims to enhance availability and quality of existing basic economic statistics. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be available to the interested bidders. Bidding documents must be collected in person at Planning Procurement Unit office number 124 with a certified copy of the vehicle registration certificate. Clarification requests on bidding documents will be allowed up to the day before submission date line, during office hours between 9:30 am until 3:30 pm.
Bids must be deposited on or before 13 May 2025 at 12: 00, HRS in the tender box situated at Government Complex Phase 2 at Development Planning 2nd floor. Bids arriving after closing time shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives at 14:30 on the same day.
