REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Established by the 1986 Treaty between Lesotho and South Africa, the Lesotho Highlands Water Commission (LHWC) is responsible and accountable for the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, advises both Governments and is a channel for communication beyond the LHWP.
The Lesotho Highlands Water Commission (LHWC) invites experienced companies with proven track record in Document Management Systems to submit proposals. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to supply, install, configure, customise, integrate and commission an appropriate Document Management System (DMS) for the LHWC.
Interested companies are invited to formally request the detailed RFP via email before 30thApril 2025 at 16:00 hours. Please direct your requests to sec@lhwc.org.ls
A virtual briefing session of bidders will be held on Friday 2nd May 2025 at 10:00 hours.
