TENDER NOTICE
SUPPLY OF MOTOR VEHICLES
TENDER NUMBER: LHWC/VEH/2025/01
The Lesotho Highlands Water Commission (LHWC)is a bi-national body (Lesotho and South Africa) established by Treaty of 1986 to oversee the implementation of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project.
The Commission (LHWC) invites suitably qualified and reputable suppliers to submit tenders for the supply and delivery of two (2) Toyota Fortuner vehicles.
Specification
The successful bidder will be required to supply and deliver two (2) new Toyota Fortuners, meeting the following minimum specifications:
Make of Vehicle : Toyota Fortuner
Model – 2025
Vehicle Colour – Grey Metallic 1G3
Vehicle Trim – MLM Leather
Dealer Fitted – Tow bar – detachable, including wiring harness
Quantity – Two (2)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a registered automotive dealer or supplier
- Must provide proof of experience in supplying government or large institutional clients
- Valid business license and tax clearance certificate
- Availability of after-sales service and warranty coverage in Lesotho or South Africa
Submission:
Completed tender documents must be emailed by 17h00 on Tuesday, 27 May 2025, with subject “Tender No LHWC/VEH/2025/01 – Supply of Two Toyota Fortuners” e-mail: sec@lhwc.org.ls. Only applications by email shall be accepted.
The Lesotho Highlands Water Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, in whole or in part, and is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
