The National Drug Service Organisation (NDSO) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
The procurement includes, among others:
- A5 Renaissance Soft Notebooks
- Women’s Jackets
- Men’s Jackets
- Jumbo Poster Calendars
- Ball Pens
- Desk Planners
- Stylus Ball Pens
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2023. Physical samples are required for specified items.
Bid Closing Date: 30 July 2026 at 14:00 hrs
Bid Opening: 30 July 2026 at 14:30 hrs
Bid Security: 2% of the Total Bid Price
Bidding documents may be obtained from NDSO upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 1,000.00 or downloaded free of charge from the NDSO website.
