The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning has received financing from the African Development Fund towards the cost of the Institutional Support Project for Debt and Expenditure Management (ISPDEM) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the position of Asset Management Strategy Development Consultant.
This assignment aims to develop a comprehensive asset management strategy that optimizes the performance, efficiency, and sustainability of the Government assets. The consultant will evaluate the current asset management practices, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. The strategy should align with the National Strategic Development Plan and Asset Management Policy and Operational Guidelines, ensuring effective utilization, maintenance and replacement of assets to maximize value and minimize risk.
The detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below.
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning now invites eligible individuals to indicate interest in providing these services. Interested individual consultant by submitting their applications for this position must provide information indicating that they are qualified and experienced to perform the services. The selection criteria include qualifications and experience as stipulated in the ToR.
Interested candidates are required to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) Curriculum Vitae
together with Educational Certificates to the address below.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants,” 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.

Expression of Interest together with CV’s must be delivered in a written form, in sealed envelope labelled “Asset Management Strategy Development Consultant” to the address below in person or by email not later than 20th September 2024.
