TOLL GATE FEES SET TO INCREASE
The Road Fund Secretariat would like to inform all road users and the public
at large that Toll Gate Fees are set to increase at all ports of entry, effective
from April 01, 2024.
The increase will be effected on all four vehicle classes, and will affect both
locally registered vehicles and foreign registered vehicles.
The revised rates are as follows:
Class 1: Motor Cycle and Light Vehicles designed or adopted for
conveyance of people or freight with no heavy axle
Local Registered Vehicles-From M60.00 to M65.00
Foreign Registered Vehicles-From M80.00 to M90.00


Class 2: Medium Heavy Vehicles designed or adopted for conveyance of
people or freight with heavy axle
Local Registered Vehicles-From M100.00 to M110.00
Foreign Registered Vehicles-From M135.00 to M150.00


Class 3: Large Heavy Vehicles designed or adopted for conveyance of
people or freight with 3 axles
Local Registered Vehicles-From M145.00 to M160.00
Foreign Registered Vehicles- From M200.00 to M270.00


Class 4: Extra-Large Heavy Vehicles designed or adopted for conveyance of
people or freight with 4 or more axles
Local Registered Vehicles-From M340.00 to M390.00
Foreign Registered Vehicles- From M470.00 to M580.00

Toll Gate Fees are the second largest stream collected by Revenue Services
Lesotho on behalf of the Road Fund Secretariat, at all designated border posts
around the country.
