Call for Expression of Interest:
Capacitation of Grassroots Civil Society Organizations Participating in
the Youth Power Hub Incubation Programme, Lesotho
The purpose of this Call for Expression of Interest is to identify eligible national and international Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and/or Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for prospective partnership with UNICEF and IOM Lesotho. Eligible organizations (NGOs/CSOs) are invited to submit proposals for partnership to support the capacitation of grassroots CSOs in Lesotho through the Youth Power Hub Incubation Programme that is co-funded by the European Union.
Organizations that wish to participate in this Call for Expression of Interest are requested to submit signed and scanned PDF copies of their applications with the subject line “CSO Call for Expression of Interest Ref:” Capacitation of grassroots Civil Society Organizations participating in the Youth Power Hub Incubation Programme, Lesotho” through the UN Partner Portal, https://www.unpartnerportal.org/ by Friday, 26th April 2024.
To submit an application, the organization must have an up-to-date profile on the UN Partner Portal https://www.unpartnerportal.org/landing/register/. No email or paper-based submissions will be accepted.
Applications must be submitted in English.
Any requests for additional information should be submitted through the UN Partner Portal by Friday, 19th April 2024, the latest, with the following subject line: CSO Call for Expression of Interest Ref: “Capacitation of grassroots Civil Society Organizations participating in the Youth Power Hub Incubation Programme, Lesotho”. UNICEF and IOM responses to any queries or clarification requests will be made available online before the deadline for submission of applications.
An evaluation committee will assess applications to identify organizations that have the mandate, capacities and comparative advantage to support the achievement of results of the Youth Power Hub Incubation Programme using criteria outlined in the full Call for Expression of Interest available on the UN Partner Portal. It should be noted, however, that participation in this Call for Expression of Interest does not guarantee the organization will be ultimately selected for partnership with UNICEF and IOM. Selected organizations will be invited to review and finalize partnership agreements in accordance with criteria outlined in the full Call for Expression of Interest available on the UN Partner Portal and applicable policy and procedures on partnership with organizations.
Applicant organizations will be informed of the outcome of their submissions by communication sent out to the email/ postal address that is indicated in the organization’s submission.
