REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)
PROVISION OF OUTSOURCED BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES
Ahead Technologies (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit quotations for the provision of outsourced Business Support Services.
- Background
Ahead Technologies (Pty) Ltd is seeking to engage a competent service provider to provide integrated business support services aimed at strengthening the Company’s administrative, human resources, payroll, finance, tax compliance and governance functions.
- Scope of Services
The successful service provider shall be expected to provide the following services:
Administration Services
- Office administration support; ii. Records and document management; iii. Meeting coordination and minute taking; iv. Correspondence management;
v. General administrative support.
Human Resources Administration
i. Employee records management; ii. Leave administration; iii. Recruitment support; iv. Performance management administration;
v. Human resources compliance support.
Payroll Administration
i. Payroll processing; ii. Salary administration; iii. PAYE administration; iv. Statutory deductions administration.
Finance and Accounting Support
i. Financial records administration; ii. Accounts payable and receivable administration; iii. Financial reporting support; iv. Bank reconciliation support.
Tax Compliance Support
i. VAT administration and filing support; ii. PAYE compliance administration; iii. Tax filing support; iv. Liaison with the Lesotho Revenue Authority.
- Minimum Requirements
Interested service providers must demonstrate:
- Registration as a legal entity in Lesotho;
- At least three (3) years’ relevant experience in providing business support, administration, human resources, payroll, accounting or governance services; iii. Availability of qualified personnel; iv. Capacity to provide payroll and accounting systems;
v. Good standing with statutory and regulatory authorities.
- Submission Requirements
Interested service providers shall submit:
- Company profile; ii. Certificate of incorporation; iii. Tax clearance certificate; iv. Detailed proposal outlining methodology and approach;
v. Relevant experience and references; vi. Proposed fee structure; vii. Curriculum vitae of key personnel.
- Evaluation Criteria
Submissions shall be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Relevant experience and references – 25% ii. Technical capacity and methodology – 25% iii. Qualifications and experience of key personnel – 15% iv. Systems, tools and support infrastructure – 15%
v. Financial proposal – 20%
- Submission Deadline
Interested service providers must submit their quotations on or before 30th June 2026 at 1200hrs (Midday).

- Reservation of Rights
Ahead Technologies reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to cancel the procurement process, or to negotiate with the preferred bidder.
