REQUEST FOR INCLUSION IN THE LAA SUPPLIER DATABASE
Land Administration Authority (LAA) invites potential suppliers of the following categories of supply, to register as approved suppliers on the database of the Land Administration Authority

| Graphic design, photography & videography | 15. Printing & Branding – promotional items, merchandise, screens, Billboards etc. |

| Courier services | 17. Wholesalers |
| Travel Agencies | 18. Protective clothing & Corporate wear |
| Advertising Agencies, Digital & online marketing | 19. Refrigeration and Appliances |
| Building Construction | 20. Maintenance-lock smith, welding, and steel works etc. |
| Car Rental & Transport– 4×4, 15/22 seater, buses etc. | 21. Hospitality – accommodation, conferencing, hotel & guest house |
| Cleaning -office, carwash etc. | 22. Entertainment – artists, performers, MCs, sound etc. |
| Consultancy – therapy services, business/ strategy, etc. | 23. Motivational speakers, social media influencer etc. |

The purpose of this database is to give all prospective suppliers an equal opportunity to submit quotations to the Land Administration Authority. Application forms may be downloaded from the Authority’s website www.laa.org.ls. Completed application forms may be emailed to procurement@laa.org.ls. for the attention of The Director of Corporate Services, Land Administration Authority and should be marked “Application for inclusion in the supplier database” and state the name and number of category.
No physical forms will be accepted.
The deadline for submission of application forms is on or before 16:00hrs on the 31st August 2024.
